Chairman and CEO
Eddie Rubinstein started in business finance over eight years ago, having worked at World Business Lenders, focussing on extending business lines of credit, alternative financing, and short-term financing for clients. After working at World Business Lenders Eddie worked at Circadian Funding. During that tenure Eddie developed a more refined focus on term loans and back lines of credit.
In late 2019, Eddie Rubinstein founded Allied Capital Services with the initial focus on consumer credit repair and small business funding. Eddie also led ACS’s specialization in business lines of credit and short-term loans, as well as offering support to businesses for the EIDL and PPP loans. Before pivoting back to short term loans and business lines of credit, Allied Capital Services is now focused on facilitating the ERC Grant.
COO and CFO
John Ottomano is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Army, having served with distinction in combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. After his service, John entered the New York City Police Department as an officer, and has also worked with the Suffolk County Police Department.
John has now assumed the role of COO and CFO of Allied Capital Services, where he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in financial management, security, and risk management. His experience and skills have been invaluable in helping ACS to succeed since joining in 2020. John is committed to the success of the company and works diligently to ensure that it continues to meet its goals.
